Chris Guiral is a picture editor, currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
The filmmaking bug bit Chris in high school, where he and his friends would film skate videos and comedic skits. Chris was always the one editing the videos. Once he realized he could make a career editing, it was off to the races.
Chris attended Columbia College Hollywood, where he graduated with a BFA in Cinema with an emphasis on Editing in 2011. After graduating Chris went on to work on various independent and reality projects including Mel and His Movies, a retrospective documentary on all of Brooks’ films produced by Brooks himself.
In 2016 Chris began working as an Assistant Editor on American Horror Story: Roanoke. Since then he has continued working on several high-profile television shows including: Bloodline, Mr. Robot, Homecoming, Good Girls, and most recently WeCrashed. Over that time he has developed a reputation for being hard-working, efficient, precise, and creative.
In 2022 Chris began the transition from Assistant Editor to Editor, and is currently cutting an independent feature film.
